Suites For You is a family business dedicated to providing great rooms and good prices. Our story began over 20 years ago . . . . A developer friend started offering prospective renters suites instead of rooms or apartments. He reasoned that many people want a private living room, bedroom and bath but don't mind sharing a kitchen and dining room if they can save money.This turned out to be a very popular idea.Several years ago we bought some of those properties. We continue his tradition of renting suites to people looking for true rental value.We have properties in three distinct Arlington neighborhoods.Our North Adams St. property is near a metro station, a very short drive to DC and within walking distance of the exciting Courthouse-Clarendon corridor.Our North 25th Rd. property is on a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area. However, it's near shops and a mall. Plus, it's just a short drive to I-66.Our South 9th St. property has a 1/2 acre yard, is almost surrounded by trees and feels like living in the country. In the summer, it's hard to see the neighbors. We work to keep all our properties clean and well maintained. We look forward to hearing from you and hope you'll join us on the way to the Suite Life.
